Sanjay Agrawal, P.E., S.E.
Principal

Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, P.E., S.E., is a founding principal of the firm, and has over ten years of experience in construction and in structural design of office buildings, parking garages, warehouses, distribution and fulfillment centers, adaptive remodels, full scale load tests, bridges, civil structures, specialty and telecommunication structures, and preservation of historical buildings. Mr. Agrawal’s extensive knowledge of various construction materials such as steel, CIP concrete, post-tensioned and prestressed concrete, masonry, timber, and tilt-wall allows him to present a variety of options to clients and contractors, who can then make informed decisions. Mr. Agrawal’s experience in construction gives him a unique perspective of real life problems in the field, and has led him to adopt a common sense approach to structural engineering, at the same time not losing sight of analytical rigor that is essential for design of economical and safe structures.

Mr. Agrawal holds a council record with the NCEES, and is registered as a Structural or Professional Engineer in sixteen states. Mr. Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India, and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Randy Lackner, P.E.
Principal

Mr. Randy Lackner, P.E., is a principal of the firm, and has over sixteen years of experience in structural design of secondary schools, university facilities, sports stadiums and arenas, performing arts centers, museums, office buildings, natatoriums, movie theaters, retail and mixed use facilities, parking garages, warehouses, additions to existing structures, parking facility repairs, facility assessments, full scale load tests, industrial facilities, and preservation of historical buildings. Mr. Lackner has extensive experience with composite steel floor and roof systems, cast-in-place concrete, steel joists and joist girders, masonry, concrete tilt-wall, and timber construction. Mr. Lackner enjoys using proven construction systems in new ways to create innovative solutions, better value, and higher quality for owners.

Mr. Lackner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois.
