Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, P.E., S.E., is a founding principal of the firm, and has over seventeen years of experience in construction and in structural design of office buildings, parking garages, warehouses, distribution and fulfillment centers, adaptive remodels, full scale load tests, bridges, civil structures, specialty and telecommunication structures, and preservation of historical buildings. Mr. Agrawal’s extensive knowledge of various construction materials such as steel, CIP concrete, post-tensioned and prestressed concrete, masonry, timber, and tilt-wall allows him to present a variety of options to clients and contractors, who can then make informed decisions. Mr. Agrawal’s experience in construction gives him a unique perspective of real life problems in the field, and has led him to adopt a common sense approach to structural engineering, at the same time not losing sight of analytical rigor that is essential for design of economical and safe structures.

Mr. Agrawal holds a council record with the NCEES, and is registered as a Structural or Professional Engineer in sixteen states. Mr. Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India, and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
